I had such a great experience at Chill n Out! The LED light therapy and cryo chamber were amazing — I felt refreshed, energized, and relaxed afterward. The atmosphere was super clean and calming, and the staff made me feel so comfortable. You can really feel the benefits for both your body and skin. Definitely coming back again soon!

Chill N Out in Land O’ Lakes is such a great place to relax and recharge. The space is clean and has a really calm, welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. They offer cool wellness services like cryotherapy and the infrared sauna that actually help you feel refreshed and less stressed. The staff is super friendly. David, the owner is awesome with an incredible story and strong willingness to help others achieve optimal wellness. Overall, it’s an awesome spot if you just want to treat yourself and feel better.

Checked out this new wellness center in Land O’Lakes today after my gym workout. It looks pretty cool and helped me calm down my muscle soreness.
They have whole body cryotherapy, red light bed, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and a massage machine. I especially loved cryo, but infrared sauna is very cool and can accommodate several people at once, so I’ll come back with my girlfriends!
Their membership deals are actually quite affordable comparing to some other places.
